- What our employees say...
“Eurolink is an exceptional place to work. It is a small company, which means you are involved in most of the stages of a task/ticket which means we can give the customer a better experience, and it allows us to build good relationships with our customers. As we are a small team, we obtain more skills and experience that the average employee in this type of role. Every day is different and challenging which ‘keeps you on your toes’, so it isn’t mundane. Everyone is hard working here, and care about the work that we do. We all strive for perfection!”
“I am relatively new to the Eurolink team but already I feel completely at home – everybody has been really helpful, supportive and very welcoming! I love the freedom to express yourself and have ideas here, it is encouraged to be innovative and forward thinking and you know your opinion is truly valued. We work with a varied and interesting mix of businesses all over the UK and due to the hard work put in by the team, Eurolink have an excellent reputation in the world of telecoms and it is a company you can be proud to be part of. I can’t wait to see what my future holds for me here at Eurolink!”
“Having started work with Eurolink nine years ago my role has gone from Customer Services Assistant to Internal Account Manager. Over the years it has been a pleasure to see the business grow considerably. The support and camaraderie makes Eurolink a great place to work. We have an amazing team who help one another and although we are often under pressure to deliver results there is always time for a giggle along the way. Every day is different with new challenges and in this world of technology no time to stand still. It is a great team and a happy working environment.”
“Prior to working with Eurolink, I already had experience in the mobile industry, and wanted to expand my knowledge and experience within communications. I found that Eurolink were a small company with the profile of a much larger company like BT, but they were able to offer a more personal service to their customers, as opposed to just treating them as an account number.
“The best part of working for Eurolink is having a team that is capable of adapting with the ever changing world of technology, which is also professional, and takes pride in giving our customers the best possible experience. Eurolink has also provided me with skills and experience that I would not have gained in working for a larger company.”
