All the details about our Christmas opening hours
2020 is going down in history as one of the most bizarre years in our living memory. Few would have predicted a pandemic and even fewer would have predicted an impact of this scale. It isn’t all bad though and as we look back over the last twelve months, we’ve found it to be overall positive. This year has been marked by an unprecedented scale of innovation, by businesses and their employees being flexible and largely upbeat, and by rapid adoption of new technologies too. Overall, it’s been an exciting period, and for us as communication technology providers, it has been amazing to see how our customers have adapted. Well done all and here’s to a successful (and hopefully less challenging) 2021.
All that remains is to wish you, your families, your teams, and your business a very Merry Christmas, a happy and properous New Year and to thank you for making our 2020 an interesting year and overall success. We really appreciate it!
Festive opening hours
As always, during the Festive period, we operate a skeleton staff to give our wonderful team a much-deserved break, but there’ll still be someone available 24/7 to handle any problems. What’s more, our state-of-the-art security features will still be in place, alerting us to unexpected or unusual behaviour on your account and protecting you from fraudulent phreaking attacks, too.
Our formal working hours over the festive period are:
- 24 December 2020 – open until 2pm
- 25 & 28 December 2020 – closed all day
- 29, 30 & 31 December 2020 – open 10am to 4pm
- 1 January 2021 – closed
- 4 January 2021 – back to normal.
If you get a problem in between, our office number (01453 700 800) will still be answered by a person and handled by our out of hours manager, so please call with any emergencies.
